General Terms
Only research works that have not previously been published and have not been presented for consideration to other conferences or journals are eligible for the conference. The papers can be submitted in English and in Russian. Each report included in the agenda of the conference must be presented at the conference in person by at least one author.
An author can participate in the submission of three manuscripts at most. The same group of authors can submit only one manuscript.
Types of Papers
The following types of the papers are acceptable at the conference:
full paper in English: 12 – 15+ pagesshort paper in English: 6 – 8+ pages- extended abstract in Russian or in English: 2 – 6 pages
Extended abstracts must be prepared in MS Word and meet the template.
The program committee has the right to reject without consideration works that do not meet the formatting requirements.
Submission deadlines are indicated on the main page in the section Dates.
Submission of paper
Submission is available after registration on the conference website (https://mmst.unn.ru/regform-ru/).
After registration, log in (https://mmst.unn.ru/login/) and go to the My Account tab. On this page, you can register your report.
To register a report
1. On the My Account page, go to the My Profile section. Enter the following information in the form that appears:
- speaker full name,
- report format (in-person / online),
- co-authors (if there are no co-authors, enter a space or a dash in the field).
2. To submit the data, click the Submit button (located at the top).
To submit report extended abstract
1. On the My Account page, go to the New Abstract section. In the form that appears:
- enter the title of your report (exactly as stated in the submitted materials),
- attach your extended abstract in .docx or .doc format,
- choose the thematic category most appropriate for your report.
2. To submit the data, click the Submit button (located at the top).
To edit a submitted abstract, go to the Dashboard tab. Click the Edit button to the right of the submitted abstract.
To delete a submitted abstract, go to the Dashboard tab. Click the Delete button to the right of the submitted abstract. The abstract will be completely removed from the system.
Please note that a single author may participate in the submission of no more than three papers.
Conference participants can update their registration details on the page https://mmst.unn.ru/my-profile-ru/ in the Profile Details section.
